Using either NLP Techniques, Healing or Indian Head Massage or a combination of all three.  I can help you find that balance you are looking for. 
You can select a Neals Yard Essential oil of your choice  to use in the my diffuser throughout the session. My therapy room offers that tranquil time for you to Just Be........your first steps to Peace and Inner Calm ❤ xx


My aim is to help and guide you to make the changes you wish, so you can feel better emotionally, mentally and physically 
It is about treating you, holistically and naturally for your own well being.

All sessions gives you the opportunity to share what is on your mind, a problem shared is a problem halved.

Your safety is my priority.

I have followed all the Government guidelines and advice from my professional bodies. I have undertaken and completed The Health, Safety & Hygiene, returning to work COVID 19 course accredited by the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists. And the importance of safety practices and the methods used to control COVID-19 transmission in the workplace accredited by City & Guilds. Certificates will be displayed.

I have to carry out a pre-screening assessment 24 hours prior to your appointment which I have to do with all clients. So once an appointment has been booked, 24 hours prior to your appointment, I will email over a client COVID-19 Client Question /declaration form for your completion and return to me (prior to your appointment).

A thorough COVID-19 risk assessment has been carried out and additional hygiene, hand washing and cleaning protocols have also been carried out.

I am constantly monitoring my own health so if I should contract any symptoms I will contact you to cancel / reschedule your appointment. 

You should attend your appointment alone as there is no waiting area available. (Unless accompanied by your parent or guardian) 

Please don’t be alarmed when you arrive as I will be wearing a visor. 

It is personal choice if you wish to wear a mask. So please bring one to your appointment if you wish.

When you arrive for your appointment, I will ask you to sanitise your hands.

All doors will be opened for you to walk through and I ask that doors / door handles and banisters are not touched where possible. However, be rest assured that all will be sanitised before and after client visits.

All towels and linen used within the therapy room will be washed at 60c and tumbled dry. All towels/linen will be fresh upon your arrival.

Payment can be made by card or cash. I have a card reader for your convenience.

You will be asked to sanitise your hands before you leave.

The cancellation policy will not apply if you suddenly develop symptoms or have a positive COVID-19 test within the last 14 days, or been in contact with someone with Covid-19. 24 hours notice is required for anything else.


I will ensure that your treatment is still a relaxing, calm, comfortable and pleasant experience.
