NLP (Neuro Linquistic Programming)

NLP – Stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, It was created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in 1976. NLP is reprogramming your nervous system through the use of language. It is a very powerful discipline that helps you deal with and unblock elements of human communication that is no longer working effectively for you. This will enable you to think and communicate more effectively with not only yourself, but also with other people.

We all have our own unique maps of the world based around our individual experiences and beliefs. NLP looks at the relationships between how we think (Neuro) the nervous system-the mind and the sensory organs with which we receive and filter information, how we communicate (Linguistic) through language, including body language, images, sounds, feelings, taste and smells. And then our patterns of behavior and emotions (Programming) the way we construct personal programs, thought, communications and behavior.

The power of our language is massive, especially when you are using it on others. For example if you tell a person enough times that they are brilliant they will believe in themselves, if you tell them enough times they are not good enough, they will feel that they will not achieve.

When I use NLP techniques, I work with the conscious and the subconscious mind. I will explore and challenge you to help and provide the tools for you to overcome
Fears, phobias,
Deal with stress, anxiety,
Limiting beliefs,
Lack of confidence, self-esteem,
Unwanted behaviours,
 Traumas and much more............

NLP can also be used to work towards any personal goals, working towards dreams and also helping you develop yourself not only on a personal level, but also in the business world. If you don’t like the way you feel about something, it can be changed. NLP provides you with the tools to empower you to make the changes that will benefit you and create the positive outcomes that you want……
